Foster Volunteers Needed!

posted Oct 10, 2012, 5:56 PM by CatsCradleRescue Oregon
Cat's Cradle Rescue is seeking qualified foster volunteers for cats and kittens. As a foster home based rescue group, we do not have a physical shelter. All of the cats and kittens in our care live in foster homes until adopted by their forever families. The more qualified foster families, the more cats and kittens we can save. Foster parents help CCR save more lives and make our community a better and friendlier place for our feline friends!

When you join our foster program, you are expected to provide a safe and clean environment to the cats/kittens and care for them as if they were your own. By living with you and interacting with you and your family members, foster cats/kittens often acquire better socialization skills, which make them more well-adjusted for their forever homes. You will also be able to assess the cat's personality, likes, and dislikes so that he/she can be better matched to the right forever home.

Fostering can sometimes be difficult and time-consuming. But the reward is tremendous! "These kitties may spend a short time in your home; however, they will stay in your heart for a lifetime. Fostering is one of the most rewarding volunteer experiences offered".

Join us today in becoming a foster volunteer! Send us your application by filling this form, or download the printable copy here. Contact us if you have any question or concern.

We look forward to meeting you and working with you!
