Meet Cleo! An affectionate senior short hair kitty with some special needs - seeking her unique match to live out the rest of her years in happiness. Cleo is an indoor-cat who would do best in her own home as she doesn't get along with other cats. We nursed Cleo back from a raccoon attack when we adopted her 6 years ago and found her to be such a sweet and loving girl, not to mention full of energy considering her age (approximately 12-15 years old?) She loves to chase wand-toys and watch birds through the window and of course loves being petted!

We're re-homing her because she doesn't get along with our other cat. After trying literally everything including giving them separate parts of the house but unfortunately we can no longer support the current arrangement as we have a new baby and need the room.  Cleo is a happy kitty when she's living apart from our other cat -- she has her own little 'studio apartment' in our house and happily greets us when we go in to pet and feed her. I just want her to have access to a whole home of her own and loving pets anytime she wants them. As far as her kidneys, our vet says her kidneys are stable, she's just getting old.

Please note, Cleo is somewhat special-needs.  She often yowls very loudly including at night. We are seeking a household where this wouldn't be an issue - maybe an owner with hearing impairment.) Her vet has assured us the yowling is not cause for health concern, but simply part of kitty aging. Cleo also has kidney disease and is expected to live for about 2 more years. She is not medicated and not in pain.

Cleo would make a wonderful, loving companion and we know she can bring joy to the right home (and vice versa).
