Great Cats for Great Homes

  Clyde is a stray I found who has been living with me for the last 4 months. He's energetic, adorable, smart and sometimes acts like a dog trapped in a cat's body. He follows me around the house when I am home and wants to be where I am. When I took him to the vet, the vet guessed Clyde was about 5 years old, but his behavior makes him seem younger to me. He's extremely playful & energetic between bouts of intense napping. The reality is that I love this little cat and wish I could keep him. However, I already have two boy cats and they are a hard "no" when it comes to keeping Clyde as part of our family. I think Clyde would do well with children and maybe with a dog, but he hasn't done well with my cats, nor they with him. He spent some time on his own before finding me, so I think he'd have to be an indoor/outdoor kitty. He'll need some freedom & a way to satisfy his curiosity about the world. In addition to getting him caught up on his shots, he tested negative for FIV & leukemia and I got him micro chipped. He must have had a family at one point as he was neutered.
