  Mr. Gilley is about 15 years old, weighs about 16 pounds and is quite the elegant gentleman. He lived with a very loving family for the last 10 years and had to be given up due to a medical condition of his owner. Gilley was very loved and spoiled by his owners of 10 years. When they had to downsize, he became despondent and shut down, not even wanting to clean his long luxurious coat. Gilley has been in foster care in a multi cat household with space to run and play. As a senior cat, he still has a lot of life and loves to play with his mousies and scrunchie toys. Unfortunately, he doesn’t get along with the other 2 senior males in the household. He does get along with the girls and tries to play. Gilley is up to date on all his shots, is neutered and gets regular doses of flea meds. He recently got into a fight with one of the boys so has a shaved jaw and hair missing from his ear. Gilley is not chipped and doesn’t wear a collar. He was an indoor/outdoor cat at his last house. He is currently an indoor cat with a large catio to enjoy watching the birds. He does love to cuddle on the couch any time day or night. He has even climbed in bed under the covers to cuddle. I believe Gilley would be most happy in a loving household of adults where he can enjoy lots of cuddles and play time. He needs more interaction to keep him out of trouble. Gilley is quite intelligent but very headstrong. He needs a loving home where he can get lots of cuddles and play time.
