Meet Rye, a beautiful mackerel patterned tabby boy. He is very sweet, affectionate and loves to play with ping-pong balls, chasing them all over the house. Big fan of play wrestling with any of his siblings, toys, willing humans and his foster’s cat and dog. His favorite toys are paper bags and empty cardboard boxes! When tired out Rye adores settling in with a good cuddle.

Like many former bottle-babies Rye is bold, adventurous and loves to follow his humans around. As such he needs a mostly kitten-proofed environment (watch out for cords) and needs to be kept indoors.

All of the Grain Kittens have experience with, and enjoy, their foster’s adult cat and small dog and so would love to either go to a home with an existing friendly pet or with a fellow sibling. They don’t have experience with kids but would likely be fine with older/respectful and gentle children.

For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at  WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM . Your information will be forwarded to the foster parent for follow-ups and meeting arrangement.

Adoption fee Includes spay/neuter, microchip, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines, vet exam and free 30-day insurance offer.

Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.
