Dory is a talkative and friendly girl. She purrs easily and loves petting. It's best to limit petting to short sessions, though, as she can become overstimulated. She is okay with being picked up and held briefly. She loves being near her person and will follow them around and sleep near them. She's more interested in lounging in the sun and being pet than she is in toys. Occasionally, she'll play with a ribbon on a stick. Dory is learning to trust and accept love and is making progress, but will need patience as she settles in to her forever home.  Dory was mistreatd by neighbor children as a young cat so she needs a home with no children and no other cats or dogs.

For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the foster parent for follow-ups and meeting arrangement.
