Dove is just as her name implies: gentle, soft and oh-so-sweet. After becoming a very young mother, this cutie lost all of her kittens soon after their birth, and endured numerous moves in a matter of weeks. Still, after a few weeks in foster care to recover from her trauma, this most photo-friendly girl -- once so timid that she would hide all day under the bed -- has shown herself to be a champion of all things cat. Curiosity: check! Appetite: check! Litterbox habits: check! Running, jumping and chasing: check! Snuggling in bed: check! Curling up on the lap: check! She can still get easily startled, but her courage and confidence are increasing daily. She truly is a love, and is sure to be a delightful companion in her new home.
We don't know about Dove's experience with other cats, dogs or children, so any introductions should be made carefully and slowly. Dove is under a year old.
