Great Cats for Great Homes

  Waffles is a sweet, energetic, snuggly cat who loves to play. She loves to cuddle, especially at night, and has a lot of energy. She requires a lot of attention, but will play with toys for hours and loves stuffed animals. She gets along well with other cats and constantly wants to chase, wrestle and play with other cats. She has never spent much time around dogs, but she is a tough cat with lots of energy that we think would get along well with other dogs. Waffles is good with kids. Our baby girl loves her and tends to grab her fur too hard but Waffles never hisses or bites our girl. We routinely trim her nails and she is always pleasant and easy to work with when we do that, especially if she is being pet at the same time. She would do best in a home with older children or adults that work at home where she can get a lot of love and attention. She always loves to jump up and snuggle on my lap. She loves treats and we generally give her a treat each day. She generally only claws her cat scratchers (except occasionally will claw the rugs) She does like to chew on my plants and dig in the dirt so if you have any plants you'll have to put them out of her reach. She is trained on her litter box. We use an automatic litter box with crystal litter. She can be skittish with new people but will warm up and be very loving. She enjoys venturing outside but only at night and when the door is open so she can run back inside when she gets scared. Waffles is a great cat with a cute personality.
