Great Cats for Great Homes

UPDATE:  Cat's Cradle Rescue visited these two seniors.  They were adopted from us about 8 years ago and I must say they are very friendly - came walking up to me from other rooms and purred around my legs.  Easy keepers, Snickers is on thyroid meds and they are easy to give daily (she even opens her throat as a target!).   Both cats show no distress after loosing both former owners and the family is focused on getting a great home for this pair.  They will split them up if required......Snickers is 13 and Mitzy is 9 years old.

Snickers is very sweet and loving. She loves to be pet and you know you are special when she graces you with a lap snuggle. Snickers isn't too thrilled about dogs or other cats besides her adopted sister but she also can easily co-habitate as long as there is room for her to relax. She loves to sit towards the top of a cat condo and watch everyone. She does also enjoy some outdoors time everyday but doesn't venture far from the porch.  A catio is perfect or a window with sunbeams will work too.   Snickers will do well with respectful older kids. She is bonded with her adopted sister Mitzy, a sweet calico with lots of white and color patches.  They were adopted together 8 years ago by my great grandma. When she passed away 4 years ago, my grandma continued their care. Now my grandma has passed away and these little girls need a consistent and loving home to retire in.We have tried to find friends or family to take them in and have yet to find anyone. Snickers was recently diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism but it is easily treatable with meds, and will need them twice daily.  Rehoming fee $50 for the pair - Indoor only
