Ebby is a sweet, gentle, affectionate, extremely shy, Medium haired black cat who is approximately one year old. Ebby is looking for a very special loving, forever home. Could you be the one she is looking for? Ebby was rescued after being abandoned and left to fend for herself. She was being fed by a kind lady who reached out for help. Ebby was initially very scared, but relieved to be rescued, safe, loved and taken care of. She is slowly opening up more and more with her foster mom. Ebby will sit contently on her foster mom’s lap for hours and enjoys being petted. She occasionally purrs while being held. Ebby does not approach her foster mom for affection, but lets her foster mom pet, pick her up and hold her. Ebby is food motivated and Churus are a definite must if you want to her to be your best friend. Ebby’s favorite spot is at the top of her cat climber where she can observe the goings on in the house and watch the wildlife out the window. Ebby will coo at her foster mom when she is lonely. Ebby likes to play, especially with anything that rolls or is hanging. She plays quietly, but will join in with the rambunctious kittens when they pat at her to play with them Ebby uses her cat scratcher, has meticulous kitty litter habits and is not a picky eater. Ebby needs a quiet, patient, indoor only home with adults and possibly older, respectful, cat loving kids. She is great around other cats and would thrive with a cat friendly, social cat that wants to mother her, cuddle and play with her and help her boost her confidence around people. Ebby has been around a medium sized, cat friendly, mellow dog in her foster home and does fine with the dog. Ebby is spayed, current on vaccinations, treated for fleas and worms and chipped. Indoor only. Adoption fee is $60
