Meet Bobby Dougel! Despite his hardships, this kitty is full of love. Scared and confused at the shelter, he was moved to foster care where he felt safe enough to come out of his shell. He’s sweet but shy, and will need someone who is patient and understanding. It is easy to win him over with chicken treats. He loves to be hand fed. He will aggressively ask for pets and affection once he feels safe with you.

 

Bobby Dougel will thrive in a quiet home. He is a little wallflower and loves to carefully observe everything that’s going on around him. He has no teeth but has been fully vetted and there are no concerns for any long term issues. Plus you’ll save thousands on dental care! He has no problem eating dry food. Most cats don’t even chew it, apparently. He also has a wonky eye from an old injury. This too has been medically cleared, and there is no indication of long term care needed.

 

He is very playful and will entertain himself with toys for hours. His is ready for a home with someone who will help him overcome his past of neglect, and grow in safety and love. He has been introduced to the foster mom’s dogs and cats and has shown a lot of interest and zero aggression. Adoption fee of $150 is through Columbia Humane Society.  Indoor only
