This little treasure, named Noodle, has the tiniest kitten meow in contrast to her most enthusiastic purr motor that can drown out the noise from any machinery. She has learned that petting is the best thing in the world and will throw herself down in front of you and force you to stop and pet her. Her crooked smile is no accident - actually it IS from a mishap from getting outside. But now it is the most adorable little smile that adds to her cute demeanor. She has healed marvelously after a couple teeth extraction and is none the wiser of her new founded smile. And she is cleared to eat anything and she especially loves her treats. Noodle's humble origins begin in Talking Waters park in Albany, Oregon, born in the wild with her other 5 litter mates. She is the first to friendly up and ready for adoption. Ever since the first day she arrived at her current foster home, Noodle (aka LuLu), has been the most quiet and polite little girl. It has been amazing to watch her transformation from frightened-of-everything and hiding to being a cuddler and wanting to share the bed with her foster parents and their four pets (two dogs, two cats). Noodle has never missed the litter box nor attempted to scratch people, pets or furniture even when scared or unsure. Although she really enjoys using a scratching post. She is playful and wrestles with her older foster brother (10 years old), yet gentle and respectful of her senior foster brother of 17 years old. She follows their lead and frequently looks to them for guidance and reassurance in new situations. So she will definitely need either other cats to be with her in new home or ask about her other littermates to adopt with her. She will need time to acclimate to her new family when she gets adopted. At her current foster's home, the first two weeks she hid during the day or whenever the lights were on. She would only come out at night when she was active and playful. But now she is gradually becoming more brave, exploring and hanging out with everyone more frequently and for longer periods of time during the day. She still retreats to her “safe place” under the bed when startled, but generally re-emerges within just a few minutes. Noodle has been spayed as a juvenile; tested for FelV and FIV, and both were negative,; currently vaccinated for both FVRCP and Rabies and will be updated upon adoption for her annuals; and given monthly flea treatment and dewormed twice as a juvenile and will be again at time of adoption. We are asking for a $160 donation as her adoption fee and all medical records will be provided and we delivered her to your home.
