Lokum is a cat who was abandoned and we rescued her. She is a wonderful lap cat. She will even hop up on visitor's laps She begs for attention and love. She will sleep on your bed calmly at night. She is exactly what we wanted in a cat but, unfortunately, she wants to be the one and only cat and aggressively chases our nervous cat away.

We have tried to make this work for a year now but we just can't. We have another more dominant girl cat who puts up with Lokum just fine. All that said, she would prefer to be the only cat but in a home with other dominant cats, she may be just fine.

She really in the perfect companion cat and will be your best friend. She loves treats and still likes to play. She does enjoy some solitary time but is normally just waiting for you to sit down to hop up on your lap. We chipped her and have kept up on all her shots. She uses a cat door to go outside but prefers to stay inside. She doesn't like to be forced or smothered so may not do well with younger kids. She seems ok around dogs as the house we got her from had several.   $50 rehoming fee.
