Great Cats for Great Homes

This little sweetie pie surprised us! One, we first thought she was just a kitten and secondly thought it was feral. Wrong on both counts! Minnie was immediately friendly. The foster had been seeing her during the winter months hiding in their wood pile and she had been feeding it daily but it ran if she approached. Finally, we got it trapped and put through TNR with all the vetting and rehabbed inside.

Minnie loves people, including supervised children and her besties are other cats. She is a talker and chirps alot especially to her caretaker. Think that is her Maine Coon trait. Minnie will instantly gravitate to your lap and makes biscuits. She loves play still like a kitten, and her favorite toy is the kick~stick. She would be great in about any household. Currently she lives with a retired couple with 5 cats and grandchildren that come to visit and has done extremely well. But we don't know how she would be with dogs, although she lived outside her first year next to a park where dogs are walked constantly. So she probably would gradually get comfortable with proper introductions.

Minnie was fixed on April 17 and tested negative for FelV (leukemia) and FIV (Aids). Also vaccinated with FVRCP (prevents/treats Distemper, Herpes, URIs) and a 1 year Rabies. She was boosted with a second FVRCP on May 16. She is flea treated monthly, May 17 was the latest treatment with Selarid (same as Revolution). And dewormed twice and will be done again once more at adoption time as a prophylactic. And she will be microchipped as well. Minnie will come with complete medical record and delivered to your home. Tuxies with Maine Coon traits are the friendliest and most fun cats around!!!  Indoor only - Adoption fee is $160.
