Oreo, 16 years old, has been through a lot in his long life. He was originally adopted from a deceased relative, and during his life he’s been moved around more than any cat should be. Despite all the changes, he remains an incredibly loving, loyal, and gentle soul.

Once he feels safe, Oreo becomes the ultimate lap cat—he’ll stay by your side, follow you from room to room, and gladly soak up all the affection you’re willing to give. He’s shy at first, but with kindness and patience he warms up beautifully. He also gets along well with other cats and is strictly an indoor-only kitty.

I’m currently facing housing instability and can no longer provide Oreo with the consistent care and calm environment he deserves. This sweet old gentleman is looking for a compassionate person who can give him the peaceful, stable home he needs in his senior years.  Indoor only.  Oreo lives in Portland with his family.  His rehoming fee is $35.
