When the laser comes out or the Cat Teaser, Poppy comes out to play.  She is shy at first and will take a bit to *love* you in return but she has a good heart and comes closer each day. She was brought to CCR as a kitten along with her brother who were born to a feral mom.  She was 6 weeks old when she came to me and has only known love, good food and gentleness since being in CCR care.  Her brother "turned" faster and was adopted but Poppy needed more time and the decision was to let her brother go to an adopting home first.  

Poppy loves to play with other kittens so an adoption to a home with another kitten or cat is a must.  She will be shy at first but if you are a patient person who understands the value of gentle persistence and npon-threatening attention in time little Poppy will be won over.  Currently at our house she plays and sleeps with our 6-year old female adult who is active and goofy.  

Her coloring has changed from true black to a soft gray/smoke with black highlights.  She will be a gorgeous teen/adult!!

The Adoption fee is $120 for kittens ($200 for two to the same home) $60 for adult cats. The adoption fee Includes spay/neuter, microchip, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines, vet exam and free 30-day insurance offer.
