Tabitha is a very gentle and sweet Patch Tabby young adult. She is talkative and social and enjoys attention. Tabitha is a friendly girl and will make a great family cat. Like many adults she would rather sit by you than on your lap and isn't too keen on being held but she welcomes attention with a loud purr.
Tabitha will settle in just fine into her new home and is considered to be an indoor only cat. She has a gentle nature and will talk to you. Great litter box manners!!
Here is an update from her new foster, Bronwyn. It reads: i just wanted to update you on Tabitha since she's been with us for two days now. the first night was rocky, she howled and hissed at everybody. but by the next morning she let me clean out her cage with no problems and let me pet her a bit. she still hissed at my cat, but i expect that. today i let her out of the cage because she REALLY wanted out and she's WONDERFUL. she explored the house without hesitation for a good hour while i cleaned and kept an eye on her. she found the best spots to get away from my kids but she really has no problem with them. they were being loud and playing games and she walked right through the mess like no problem. she does not like to be approached by them, she prefers to come to you for pets, but she came up to me and rubbed on me and even fell over on her side for a minute before deciding she was done. she's an independent lady who knows what she wants. she's awesome.
