CORKY & ANNIE: These are two delightful & bonded girls: affectionate, & playful. ...cats who truly enjoy their humans. Besides each other, they enjoy cat nip toys (especially mice or soft ones that can be carried in their mouth) & laser, plus cuddles, pats, a warm lap for a nap, & a window with a view. CORKY is a extra small beautiful short hair dark smoke tabby/torti girl 1 to 1.5 years old with an adorable kink at the end of her tail. She is definitely a "corker" ...a cat who loves her humans &; greets them every chance she gets, in addition to giving lots of entertainment (you may have a cat jump on your shoulders to show how happy she is to see you or show you just what she can do with her cat nip toys). This little girl enjoys life &; shares this joy with others. Right now she is a companion to Annie. ANNIE is a gorgeous small short hair gray tabby girl who will follow you around to keep you company...& to make sure you are doing okay. A gentle, sweet soul. She is about 1.5 to 2 years old & has had a rough time due to an untreated eye infection; CCR has had had an eye specialist evaluate her & with medication this is improving greatly. Although she gets around without any problems, there will be some visual impairment, BUT THIS DOES NOT STOP HER FROM PURSUING THE NORMAL CAT ACTIVITIES OR THE USUAL FELINE CURIOSITY. **Update: Annie saw the Eye Vet on 4/7/14. She is doing great! Her eyes are healing/recovering very well from a previous untreated infection. There are still several months of eye drops (once a day, one drop per eye). She continues to be able to totally get around without problems; actually tracking balls/playing âsoccerâ & laser are just the therapy she needs to help her eyes to continue to heal & get stronger...these are activities she loves. Although she will have slightly diminished sight, this does not slow her down at all. Right now she (& Corky) need a stable, forever home to be the awesome cats they were meant to become ⦠and are at this time.
