Omar is between 8 and 11 years old. We rescued him from the streets of Bangkok through a cat rescue when he was between 1 and 3 years old. When he came to our home, he would only eat white rice and Thai street food! Now he is a properly fed kitty that eats normal food (but he still gets excited at the smell of Thai food). He is the most interesting cat you'll ever meet (as stated by many dog people!). 
He used to be a lover and a fighter. Now he's more of a lover as he is getting old. He must be able to go outside or else he will scratch the door. He's affectionate, intelligent, and will fall asleep on a pillow by your head and sleep all night. He's physically interesting in that he  has a jointed tail, which is a common genetic trait amongst cats in Asia. 
 
Omar would prefer to be an only, but would probably do ok with other cats when properly introduced. He's ok with young kids, but would do best in a house with older kids. Absolutely NO DOGS. I think he had bad experiences with them when he was on the street because he wants to kill all dogs. Omar is really a special guy. You must meet him to know how charming he is. Unfortunately we are moving overseas again and cannot take him with us. Please give him a great home!
